We also make representations on planning policy including getting land allocated in Local Development Frameworks. Working with a network of specialist planning solicitors, we can also advise on the form and content of Section 106 agreements to make sure they not only do their job but are commercially viable at the same time.

We also help people understand and object to unwelcome proposals which land on their doorsteps. Our planning system has a language all of its own and peculiar rules on what can and cannot be raised to object to an application. It’s hard to make an impact if you don’t know the ground rules.
